Second quarter-19th century. Paper label for "Chauncey Ives, Bristol, Connecticut". Wooden works, face has original paint, original reverse glass panel with boat and Federal house. Old refinishing, replaced finials. Wear to paint. 32"h. 16.5"w.

Face has wear, plinth has pieced repair and just to left of plinth is a 1/2" filled in repair. Reverse painted tablet has some flaking. Old (if not original) glass in top and painted tablet have been secured with late quarter round molding. 3/8
